About me
After studying beauty in The Masters with a History of Art Degree, I turned to the body beautiful and trained as a Naturopath, reading Complementary Medicine: Naturopathy BSc (Hons) at the University of Westminster in London. I wanted to help people feel better and take control of their lives. Naturopathy ticked so many boxes to help the entire person.
What attracted me to Naturopathy is that it addresses the whole person and the cause, not the symptoms, which is why so many of us don’t feel better. This is a more natural and appealing way to help people be well and healthy in today’s hectic world.
The Batchelor of Science (Complementary Medicine: Naturopathy) degree course involved being fully trained in health science as well as the large range of therapies I use. This was all used with ‘hands on’ training in a clinic where I treated people from the general public before graduating.
I am passionate about what I do and have been amazed at the power of the therapies I use. After completing the London Marathon in 2012, I was able to walk pain free the next day because I used a hydrotherapy technique to improve muscle recovery. Since graduating, I have continued my training focusing on mother and baby by completing a diploma in Baby Massage instruction, I have trained in pre and post-natal reflexology to degree level, baby reflexology, breastfeeding support, baby sleep support and I am currently training as a postnatal Doula!
Helping you to look after you and your family in the best possible way is my main and most important goal.
